Appliance Repair by Town & Country Furniture in Blue Ridge, Georgia

My husband and I were in the store for over 30 minutes and was never greeted one time by any of the staff members. We saw several employees sitting in their office with no customers. I would rather give my business to someone who understands customer service.

Excellent selection and service! We couldn't decide between three area rugs so they brought all three to the house and laid them down, one by one, until we could chose one ... and then they took the other two away. We tipped our delivery man extra because they assisted us in covering our mattresses and box springs with zip up bedbug covers. Something we could not have done alone. We furnish our complete cabin through Town and Country except for antique pieces we found at the local antique shops. Very pleased with the quality of their own mattresses, too.

Above and beyond customer service!! I have done business with Town and Country for over 8 years and have always been pleased. They are always helpful and respond to any problems we've had. However, my last purchase they went WAY above and beyond. I bought a living room set over 9 months ago. Then had family emergency/medical issues and had to postpone delivery...for almost a year! They were beyond patient and understanding and held my furniture safely for me all that time. When I was finally ready, they efficiently scheduled a perfect delivery for me. I can't thank them enough, especially Brian, for their help and understanding. It meant a lot to me.
