Appliance Repair by Hayes Appliance in Blairsville, Georgia

I had been in search of a heating element for my dryer and called Hayes Appliance not realizing they were closed. However, my call was answered and I was happy to hear they had one on hand. Not only that, but they would wait for me to come get it! If that isn't great service, I don't know what is.

Debbie, the one who answers the phone, has been rude and belligerent every time I have had to contact Hayes Appliances. when I called to get an email address so I could send a picture of my oven and model number to the company because they gave the wrong information to American Home Shield, she was shockingly rude. she kept yelling nothing was wrong with her technician and place blame on me for him getting it wrong. Apparently, the technician that works there cannot distinguish between a single wall oven and a double wall oven and cannot read a model number correctly. He doesn't know the difference between a 8 and a 0. It is appalling that they still have any business with her being loud, rude, and belligerent to customers. Wow! I filed a complaint with American Home Shield and looking into filing one with BBB even though they probably aren't listed as with them as reputable. Debbie should NOT be answering phones if Hayes wants to stay in business, and their technician has serious issues if he cannot determine a single wall oven from a double electric wall oven. Wow! P.S. I had someone on the phone with me to witness the receptionist's rude behavior. I am certain she will be leaving a review as well. The owner of the company should take note that Debbie being rude has been mentioned in more than my review. Just read the reviews. Appalling
