Came out to fix LG stove with one burner not working. I knew it wasn't the element because I'd already replaced it. Also knew the element was not getting correct voltage. After checking the element which I bought at Cook's 185 the technician said it was good. Then we took back off at which point he looked puzzled and said I'll have to get a diagram for the stove and I'll be back. Six days later I called for an update and was told they would find out and call me back. No call. So on day seven I went to the store. When I walked in they were all sitting around doing nothing. Including the tech that came to my house. So when I told them why I was there one of the office ladies pulled the diagram up on her computer and said your gonna need this ribbon switch and this ribbon relay. All the while the tech is talking to another employee about the stove and problem asking questions like I can't hear him. Clearly he had no clue what was wrong or how to fix. Then the lady says the parts will be 600.00. Needless to say I said I can buy a new stove. Then Cooks Appliances had the nerve to charge me 75.00 for doing absolutely nothing! I am pretty sure these people are guessing at the possible problem and replacing everything from switch through relay to element. To ensure the problem is fixed regardless of cost to customer. Whatever it took to get me gone. To them I say good job you succeed. In addition, I will do my best to make sure no one, I know does business with Cook's. Whatever happen to customer service.

I found Cook's Appliance service to be great. Called about a leaking refrigerator and Miss Audrey took the call and we figured out a time for Mr David to come by. I understood that they are busy throughout the day so they usually work in the small calls like my leaky fridge. Which suited me. Mr. David Cook came by and fixed the issue no problem. This fridge has been a HUGE pain in my butt. The charge was reasonable and saved me from the high cost of ordering a new appliance. I leave honest reviews for businesses because I feel it helps. Before using a business services I refer to google reviews. I'm glad I didn't listen to them this time because I had an issue resolved with zero headache. Thank you Cooks Appliance! I hope I don't have to call you again but if I do no hesitation will be felt.

My 5 y/o LG refrigerator simply quit cooling not long after the warranty expired. My diagnosis was the compressor. Denise was most helpful in suggesting how to navigate the LG customer service department and what to say so that LG would cover parts and labor approx 1000. Her guidance paid off and David came as soon as LG arranged repair and the parts were in.
