| Marianna Williams | I purchased a used washer / dryer set from Howard's last week, and did have a positive experience when purchasing the set. I chose Howard's over other box stores because of the positive feedback I'd heard from family and friends and because I want to support small businesses. The washer / dryer was delivered on time within a few days of purchase, but when it was installed the guys were not very respectful of my space and removed a door to fit everything inside. The washer was not broken, but the first set of guys from Howard's who came to install the unit did not install it properly, preventing the cold water from getting to the machine and preventing the washer from ever reaching the rinse cycle. Within a few days they were able to send out someone to make the repair. The service was very professional, only took 5 minutes, and now the unit works really well. Overall it was a little frustrating to get everything working but I'm glad to have worked with Howard's and feel like they were able to resolve the issues that the install crew made. |
