| Mercedes Anderson | On March 16, I brought a stainless steel “Frigidaire Professional” from these guys the next day I noticed that it wasn't cooling and the digital thermometer was reading “temp too high” I immediately got in contact with them, and honestly at first I tired to be as patient and understanding due to the item having previous owners. Well long story short as I can put it, every time I called I never could physically talk to someone they would always text & that's very UNPROFESSIONAL in my book! They gave me the run around & always instructed me to unplug it for 15 minutes then it'll be fine... when I finally got tired of trying to work with them I asked for a refund & in return they blocked my cellular number & my letgo account! These ppl are SCAMMERS.. take your hard earned coins ELSEWHERE! & the 39.95 recommended insurance is BS also because I had to pay a 100 deductible just for them to tell me that the problem has already been patched up so being that someone was already working on it there isn't anything they can do about it. So now I'm back at point A spending unnecessary money thanks to Praise “FRAUD” Appliances LLC |
