James Beasley Ii | A complete joke. My installation was schedule between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. I was tole that they would call me 30 mins prior to them coming.. No call and no show. I called Best Buy to get the status and the phone no one has answered yet. It's been 42 mins and I'm still wanting for someone to answer the phone. I've been a loyal Bust Buy customer for the 15 years. Not any more. |
