Andy H | Had Patrick out on Tuesday Jan. 28, 2020 to repair our clothes washer. He was very nice and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and gave us a couple options. Our washer is 6 years old so he was able to get some of the parts the expensive ones covered under warranty. He cleaned up after himself, ordered the parts and came back 2 days later today. Jason Clift | Repair man came today while I was at work. I got home and here is my repair... White calk inside my refrigerator. My wife said the repair man had a big part with him for the rescheduled repair, one week later after not keeping the original appointment to "order the part" without coming inside my house. Over the phone diagnosis. I guess Flamingo wanted to keep the part to resell. Repair man told her it was a seal. So I guess Flamingo wants me to believe that a line of calk that was never where they calked was missing. Sad. Now as I post I am waiting on Kitchenaid to pickup after being transferred to another department. |
robert oliver | Our service was horrible. Tech was pretty good but customer service and trying to set up an appointment was a really bad experience. They hung up on us twice right before closing because they could not find the original appointment they promised and after a 30 minutes call they said hey could not keep our appointment . |
