| Michael Lee | Horrible experience. This is why its so important that your ratings are honest and accurate. I am one who looks to the ratings from the people to help me decide my service. In this case I am thinking a five star rating is golden. First, Kevin Favourite the tech was initially very courteous. In fact, he called and came ahead of the schedule, as he said one of his other appointments cancelled. He comes over, determine the problem, but says he will return after he goes to another appointment. The problem with that is its my 74 year old mothers house with NO shutoff valves at the refrigerator. Its a 70 year home! He leaves and 4 hrs later I don't hear from him, after attempts of texting and calling him. I called the dispatch company and they can't reach him. Its like this guy never existed. Anyways, I am waiting to see how this 5 star company cleans this up given they tool my 59.99 appointment fee! :- |

This is not an appliance repair business, it is a call center for independent contractors - which is fine on its own, but if you have a problem with the technician or repair, you can't call anybody to back up the work. Actually, you can call, but the operator will inform you, rudely, that your problem is with Kevin Favourite, not Atlanta Refrigerator Repair. |
