| Shirley Pierce | So my parents needed a new living room set and us kids decided to get together and buy them one for Christmas with the warranty. My folks noticed that 2 of the chairs were lower on one side and wanted them fixed. Had the set for a little over a year. Requested this be done MONTHS ago. They shot my parents the bull and even went so far as to pick the chairs up and claim they ordered the wrong piece to repair the chairs. Brought them back and waited until the warranty ran out to now say we have to come to the store get some papers and call someone to get them fixed ourselves. Bull at it's finest. Even if the warranty has expired the problem was identified before then therefore it's still Badcock's responsibility to fix the chairs. Will not be buying anything else from there. Surprised and disappointed in how they did my folks. |
