| Cheryl Harrison | So far I am not impressed, it took them two months to install carpet that they said would be installed in a week, it has a warranty and they called me back and said they were closing out my complaint because they found nothing wrong with installation. I found nothing wrong with installation I didn't say anything about the installation being bad except for it took them two months to install it and that was the contractors. The problem is the Berber carpet every time I vacuum rolls up around my vacuum cleaner brush it has a 5 year warranty and apparently whoever answered the phone doesn't know what the hell I'm trying to explain |
