| Hannah Kolassa | The seem appealing because they are open late and answer when something happens at night. Fridge died on Tiesday night. Repairman came Wed 3 hours late. Misdiagnosed the problem and charged a 300 deposit. Called on SATURDAY to say our part wouldn't even be in until the next Monday. We got another man Clyde Johnson to fix the fridge in 2 hours for half the price. Now no one will call us back or give us any answers about giving us our money back even though we didnt use their services. Total rip off and unable to speak to anyone in charge. 10/10 never use them. Maybe a manager will see this and actually call me back. |
