| Mitch McInelly | I honestly think Fred's had some service issues in the past, hence the negative reviews. However during my recent purchase of a gas oven I saw excellent service. After installing the oven, the cook-top worked but the oven wouldn't fire. I called my account rep Steve who said he would take care of it, one way or the other, by the end of the day. After a few follow up calls made proactively by Fred's a tech was scheduled for the next morning. The tech was there about 10 minutes and found a closed safety valve that my installer had missed. Great service and communication, well done. |
