I had an urgent requirement on Wednesday, so I thought I would try them again. Since my first call yesterday morning, I have had to chase them 5 times. This company never calls you to keep you updated. It is now 2.15 the day after, and all I know is 'He is on his way' as he was when I checked at 11.15 and 1.15. This company is a joke. I remember now how frustrating it is trying to work with this company. I just tried calling again but it appears the office is now closed or maybe just to me so I have been left high and dry once again, with no clue what is going on. I have wasted 36 hours on this company, but I won't be wasting another minute on them. If you like having your time wasted, this is the company for you. |
