The team at BSA is the best. I had an issue with my stove top. I had geek squad coverage and when I contacted them they connected me to BSA. It took only one phone call and an appointment was made for the technician to come and check out the problem. Randall was super efficient !! Very polite and courteous. He took the details and opened a ticket for me. Within 10 days he came back and replaced my stove top. Susan from customer service was the best !! She followed up before and after the call to make sure everything was good. Love the team and service !! Highly recommend !!

This was for work on my Samsung Washer thru the Lowes warranty. I received a call from customer service to confirm the scheduled date and time that Lowes originally gave me. I was also asked what the problem was. I received a call from the technician Jose Alejandro about 30 minutes prior to his arrival. After a short while, he had the problem figured out and ordered the 2 parts needed. He said i would receive a call for the install as soon as they had a tracking number for the parts. I did receive a call in less than 24 hours and the install appointment was scheduled for the next morning. The parts were installed in less than 30 minutes and my washer is as good as new. On both scheduled appointments, my technician gave me a sheet of paper with a picture of his ID card, product, model, serial number, the tech's supervisor contact info, the field service manager email, a survey that you can fill out and email or fax plus a web site address and reference number so you can monitor the status of your repair. Jose, the technician was polite, friendly, helpful and professional. The customer service associate who called me each time was also polite, friendly and professional. 100 satisfied.

I was very happy with their service.Their technician was very professional, on time and fixed my oven within a half hour. They gave me a two hour window and I was called to say he was on his way to our home. We had hired another company,night Owl appliance repair we hung in there for a solid month with Night Owl they"COULD NOT" fix my oven. Less than a week my oven was fixed by Best Servicers of America!! Needless to say they are our heroes.
