This company is HORRIBLE! They charged me 80 to come out to tell me to use a screwdriver to operate my washer. They wouldn't return my 80. They told me it's a service charge to fix absolutely nothing. I live 2 miles from the company.The customer service representative and manager are rude please read the reviews and comments. Would not recommend this company. Had 3 different guys come out and none could figure out the problem with my leaking dishwasher. The only thing this company did well was answer the phone when I called and could typically send someone out within a day or two. My dishwasher leaks in the middle of the cycle, so the first guy didn't feel like staying long enough to see the leak and just guessed it was soap build up and that the machine needed to be cleaned out with a cleaning detergent. I asked if he could do it and said he didn't have the cleaner and told me where to buy it. Not sure why they don't just carry something like that but I went out and bought the cleaner and ran it on the system. That didn't solve the problem. I asked for someone new to come out and the next guy just took a look inside, and based on what we told him, just guessed that it was the spray arm and that they would send me a quote. They wanted to charge me 50 for the part and 165 for labor. This part is 20 on every site that offers it and there is a 30 second video on how to pop it off and pop the new one on. Apparently they charge a minimum of 165 for labor on anything they do which is not disclosed when you set an appointment. They suck you in by saying you get the 95 service fee waived if you perform the service with them but then automatically charge you 165 plus parts no matter how much the work is. So I decided to buy the piece myself and install it, which again, did not solve the problem. I called again and they sent a third guy out. He was a bit more thorough and examined a little deeper and waited longer than the other guys. He felt that there was water coming out of the gasket and recommended buying a new one. Again, they sent me a ridiculous quote of 90 for the part and 165 for the labor. I found the part for 40 and a YouTube video showing you how to install it in under a minute. I did that and still it was not fixed. These guys just played guessing games and really did not know how to diagnose a problem. Now I am stuck with a leaky dishwasher that I am just putting a towel under because I am concerned about hiring these low quality appliance repair places that try to rip you off. There are other companies I found after that have lower service fees that I would recommend checking out, or just fix it yourself or buy a new machine. They offer no recourse if they are wrong and you pay for the service so you could end up just spending unlimited amount of money while they just keep guessing what it could be. Would def not recommend this company and am disappointed about the money I have already wasted on their “service.”
