I brought a brand new sandal to get repaired. The heel and the back insole was chewed up by a dog and the upper part of the sandal was intact. Since they deal with a lot of leather, I thought they would do a good job replacing the the heal and the insole. They did a very nice job on the heel, but unfortunately the insole used was glued to only the back and extended to the middle of the existing insole. It had a lip that I can feel when walking. I would think that they could have skived it towards the end the end is in the middle of the sandal that way you don't feel it. Also, the leather chosen is a completely different color. Although you can't see it when you have them on, it still annoys me. I now have dual toned sandals. I would not be that bothered if the leather actually matched the original insole. Also, as I mentioned before, the upper part of the sandal was intact, I wish I took a picture before I brought it in when I got them back, I noticed that an area of the upper sandal was nicked. Looks like it was shaved. I should have bought a brand new pair of the same sandal, it would have saved me a headache.... :

The new team at Woody's did a fabulous job repairing my riding boots. Definitely went above and beyond to patch up every little hole and buffed out the scuff marks on my boots I'm a really hard on my boots!. Took them home looking almost as good as new, and definitely show ring ready!
