| Kimberly Sanchez | Confusing customer service at this particular location. I went in 2 days ago to pick out a new sofa set and I was greeted and "helped" by a sales associate, everything seemed great but I didn't leave with any new furniture because I needed a question answered that apparently only a certain person who was not present at the time could answer. I gave the sales associate my contact info and he was supposed to call me back yesterday with said information. I was honestly going to buy a new sofa set cash and I let the sales associate know that, but he never reached out to me yesterday to make the deal go down. I guess this location is thriving and doesn't need or care about my business. I'm going to be forced to go to another location where hopefully I can get my new sofas... |
| David King | I went in today and walked all the way around the store including right past the counter and didn't get the 1st "Hello" or "Go to hell" from either of the employees at the counter. So much for " Customer relations" from this store. I won't be going to ANY Badcock & more in the future because of this. |
