Cannot say enough good things about Masella's . From the way the phone is answered, customers greeted, and work explained, it is easy to tell this is a professionally run business. We had to spend some time in waiting room and were able to observe staff interact w customers. All was good! The work done on our vehicle was fairly priced and well done. One thing we liked was the documentation they keep in files regarding your vehicle. With this there is no question about services performed and recommendations for further work. Highly recommend.

As someone who isn't well versed in cars I am always afraid of getting taken advantage of when it comes to cost or what my car actually needs. This was not the case, staff were knowledgeable, felt to be very honest and reasonable for pricing. I waited in the waiting area and was impressed with every interaction with other customers one relatively unsatisfied customer, confused customers, happy customers. They take the time to explain the how what and why of your cars needs. A+++
