| bert vibber | Yesterday afternoon I dropped my phone and cracked the screen yet again. This morning I call Dr Phone Fix and ask for an appointment, because I couldn't get there until mid afternoon. They said I wouldn't need an appointment they would squeeze a screen replacement in between jobs with no problem. Great, I got off work quickly dash home for a shower then off I go. As I get there at 3:55, I receive a friendly greeting as I enter. I drop off my phone and am told it would take about an hour to finish up the job in front of me an get my screen taken care of. I say perfect I'm going to grab a bit to eat and I'll be right back. I returned in 30 minutes phone was ready and I was out the door. Great service again. |
