| David Alan Kohalisky | Contacted this company for a repair to my dishwasher on a friday, they arrived and after a hour said they would call us with an estimate and charged a 40.00 service call but it comes off the bill if you have work done. Was told that they would call me Monday with cost and that they would email me my receipt. Monday came, I called several times with no response then I got ahold of the owner who had to check with the worker on the for the part, I was given a price of 65.00 for the part and 90.00 on labor and they would be at my house between 8-9 am. Never got a call Tuesday, I kept calling then after 930 was told between 9-10. The worker arrived and with in 30 installed a plastic strip saying that my dish soap caused the plastic to wear out even though the dishwasher was little under two years old. After he left and a check for 115.00 and 40.00 in cash the dishwasher began leaking, I called, no answer, I texted and no reply. I contacted the owner who said that his worker will be here between 3&5 Wednesday, that came and went, never called never answer returned calls, answered no text messages, I took they day off and No Show. This company based on my experience is horrible and not worthy to work on anything and are unreliable. If you think about hiring them reconsider and hire a reputable repair company. |
