He patiently listened to my concerns. In a short period of time he brought some issuesto my attention about the system that seemed very obvious the way he explained it to me. I asked him why nobody else noticed these things before. He smiled and told me he could not answer the question. They made some inexpensive duct modifications and internal adjustments to the A/C unit. The outside unit is much quieter. My bedroom is wonderfully cool now! My bills have gone down. I can't wait till summer! We are so happy! Thank you Super Heat and Air for everything. |
| Flex-GamingPro | Super Heat & Air came out, we needed new system; Calta Show praises them so wasn't worried; have new system and don't have to worry for 10 years in Florida, that's a big deal. salesman gave us window unit for night so we could sleep comfortably. miscommunication between salesmen and whoever was suppose to come finish a couple things, so Rob and Chuck came out to see what still needed to be done--in the meantime, Alex met them out here to fix those things the same day--they made up for time we had waited for those things and did some extra things for us, so I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you need to take advantage of no-interest financing/need new unit |
