I never experienced a negative from anyone; however, the repair was determined and it was a simple belt, I was told that since we were in the holiday season part turn-around was uncertain, I agreed. The original visit was on a Thursday, I had to call on Friday and was told i would get a call back I did not. I called repairman directly on Monday and was told that he would know if the part was instock that day and he would call me to schedule repair he did not, it is now Friday of the following week, I called again to be told I have the part but won't be installed today or tomorrow. I cancelled the repair and will take another path for resolution. In summary, I will not be contacting "A Same Day Appliance Repair" again. If you do, I hope you have a better experience than I. |
