This is a 5 star appliance. I was in a pinch with an emergency appliance request so I was nervous about being in a position of being taken to the cleaners. The A-ability customer service rep made me feel at ease from the first moment. While talking about my needs you could hear the strength of her industry knowledge. Their team worked as quickly as possible to repair the refrigerator in my filled rental unit. Their price was reasonable and work professional. My tenant is happy, therefore I'm happy. It's nice to know there is someone you can trust to do a good job at a fair price. I now have a new go-to repair team in my phone.

A-Ability provided excellent service. My refrigerator went out and I needed it fixed sooner rather than later. No one wants their food to go bad, and these were the people to call. They were very courteous on the phone and had a technician out the next day. I wish I remember the techs name, but they let me know straight up that the control board was the issue. It didn't take long for them to get the part and offered what I felt like was a fair price for the part and the repair. It's been over a couple months and the fridge is still kickin with no problems. Would recommend if your refrigerator is having problems.
