He's honest and upfront with you about your problem every step of the way. No matter the issue, he tends to get it fixed .

Don't bother calling if your need is residential, as he will tell you there is no money in it for him, he makes his money in commercial. We needed the A/C fixed, and when he missed his morning appointment, he then called at 2:00 p.m. to ask for the address because he left the information in his office. He inspected the inside and outside units, then determined the outside unit was the problem and needed to be replaced. Note that that unit was just replaced four years earlier, but he insisted that was the problem and would need to order it. He promised to have it installed the following Monday 4 days later, then never called or showed up Monday, or Tuesday. I called him Tuesday afternoon, and he said it had not come in, but would check on it. I explained that it was the height of summer, and temps feeling like the 100's, and he apologized for not calling. He said that it was difficult trying to run the office and the shop by himself. My opinion is that this is an irresponsible businessman and not able to follow through on commitment, much less, keep the customer informed. I would not recommend this business.
