This is the vendor for maintenance for my apartment complex. I put in a request on the 17th of November. I contacted my complex manager to tell them no one had come after a few weeks and was given their contact information. I called them and they said they would come the next day and even gave me a time frame. They never showed up, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them the time I was home between semesters. It has been almost 3 months now and no one has come once. I called today since I have more requests I have put in, I wasn't aware they were closed on Saturdays but the person who picked up the phone mumbled and I didn't hear anything so I began speaking and they cut me off to say they are closed instead of starting the phone call out that way. It is extremely frustrating.
