We left and went to a local independent computer store. MAC on Capital circle. Fixed in 15 minutes and it cost 22. Stay away from that geek squad! |

They consistently interrupt while I'm explaining the situations, they respond with attitude when I ask for clarification, and they continue to act as if I am a burden for coming. This is by far the worst set of geek squad interaction I have ever had. Will NEVER be returning to them. Instead, I will be driving 2 hours away to avoid them in order to get questions I need answered. |
