Appliance Repair by Capital Appliance Repair LLC in Tallahassee, Florida

I had an 18 month old Whirlpool range that severely overheated twice in a row setting off alarms and burning food. Since it was out of warranty I called Capital Appliance Repair. Justin showed up at a convenient after hours time for us the next day. He spent about 45 minutes to an hour checking out the appliance which , of course, worked perfectly. He did say if it happened again it would a computer replacement which would be 270 for the part but he would try to see if it reset and worked for awhile. So far so good. He just charged the 90 trip charge which I thought was reasonable. He told us if the stove misbehaved again in the next 30 days he would come out again without a trip charge and just charge 30 labor plus parts. Great timely service and honesty which are in rare supply these days. Thanks Justin!!

Justin is just amazing. He is the kind of person who will try to help you even after you paid him. He goes out of his way to offer help. I would definitely recommend this honest guy to anyone. Will def be using him again

Justin called and was able to come earlier than promised. He found our problem right away and repaired it promptly. The bill was even less than he originally estimated. Very honest and likeable guy. Highly recommended.
