While the Technician was beginning to gather his equipment in order to proceeded with his diagnostic testing towards my AC unit, I keenly took notice to how he kept his work van and equipment all in order and in-tack to present a organizational skillset within himself, yet alone the company he represented. He was very kind, knowledgable about his calculations and respectful while in and out of my home particularly for cleaning his shoes before entering my home. That is a big deal for me whenever I seek service representatives to enter my home. I was very satisfied with his level of respect towards my home. Finally, once the Technician was finished he presented me with the bill which was fully detailed to each service that was performed at my home that day. Along with any prominent recommendations I could consider. I did not have one single issue or any plausible concerns with the service the Technician provided to me for my AC unit, yet alone I did not experience any negative concerns or issues from within the AC company he represented too.
