| Stephanie Fry | I bought a washer and dryer set on Saturday Feb 1st. I paid for delivery to my apartment on Monday the 3rd and was charged an extra 40 dollars. I was told the delivery time would be between 8am and 12pm. It was a quarter to 12 and I called to get an update about where the delivery drivers were and was told the company who was doing delivery, had a death in the family and they needed their employees to rent a truck and they will call me back around 12:30 and throw in a bottle of detergent for the problem. Never called me ahead of time to inform me they would be late. I called again around 1:45pm as I still never received a call or the washer and dryers yet. I was told they just left and will be at my house within the hour. It was 3pm and they finally showed up. They told me I had to buy a dryer vent to hook up to the wall and they installed the washer. There was no detergent left and didnt offer to give back some of the delivery fee as I had to call off work to be here for them to deliver. |
