Have a full warranty on a dryer purchased from Jetson, and haven't been able to get a fused replaced in over 10 days. The scary part? The technician came to the house twice and he is VERY scary. If a technician named Dave is scheduled for your service...do not allow him in your house. He seemed to enjoy the fact that he ordered the wrong part and he would not be able to fix the dryer. He smiled and laughed in my face. I'm actually quite scared that he knows my address. Did not seem like he was right in his mind. Hope Jetson will rethink sending him into people's homes. Something was not right about him. |

He went out of his way to get it delivered asap as we were without a working fridge. followed up on phone to insure all was well. Delivery crew Eddie and his helper were professional in every way and got it done quickly and with a minimum of fuss. I would advise everyone to deal with these fine folks. |
