| Happy Ducky | Dreadful customer service. Just the worst phone etiquette and professionalism. I'm a American Home Shield customer and the fact that World Class AC decides when it's convenient for them to show up is terrible. They cancel then reschedule your appointment multiple times. They will give you a four hour window finally and then you don't hear from them. Their window was until 4pm. I said okay but after 4 I have a prior commitment. When they wanted to arrive at 5pm I said no-can-do and they were so unprofessional about it. Huge double standard. Neither American Home Shield or World Class AC cares enough time do their jobs. |
