| Lou Gasparri | yesterday i made an appt for a dishwasher repair today. it was for between 10am -2pm. i called about noon to make sure they were still coming. i was told yes. 2pm came and no repairman. i called again...wheres the reapairman? they had no record of my appt. are you ftigging kidding me?! i was told by jessica that someone could come out in a couple hrs or i could call another company. i told her to forget it! i dont do business with companies that waste my time. i scheduled my entire day around this and they stood me up. i also did some checking and there were numerous BBB complaints against them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! |
