I have been without a dryer since November 12 it is now December 5. Originally I thought this company was great because the tech that was coming out to diagnose the problem called me when he was on his way and he was actually early I even complemented Him on his professionalism and thanked him for calling and being not just on time but early. They had to order a part for me and it was set to be repaired Wednesday, November 27. The two appointments that were ahead of me canceled so they were going to come to me a little earlier than anticipated but I was not home yet so they did not end up coming which I did understand. However it is now December 5 and not one single person from the company has even called me to reschedule my appointment at all I have left numerous messages called several times during business hours and American home shield has even called them nobody ever picks up the phone Or returns a phone call. I don't know what type of business does not keep up with clients who need replacement parts and doesn't take the initiative to call the client back to reschedule an appointment.

I work for Aplus in the claims department and I have to say Sorry for anyone that has had a bad experience. We are learning everyday. After reading these reviews I noticed a lot of them are about parts. Unfortunately parts do take a while some venders are faster than others and a lot of times they are on back order. Its hard on us to because we want to make sure everyone is experiencing great and fast service. Every day I see how hard everyone is working in the office. It makes me honored to be apart of it. The second issue, is that we service many venders and all of the venders pencil in these appointments not knowing what the other is doing. Its an ongoing issue we have tried to fix. Aplus will call with the confirmed appointment time. The third issue we have fixed which was our phone system. Customers stated that they couldn't get through and the lines were always busy. We just moved into a bigger facility and we now have a new phone system. Customers are now able to get through during business hours. We service LG, GE, Samsung, BOSCH, FRIGIDAIRE, Lowes, and Home Depot the list goes on for extended warranty plans. We are in the top rankings with these venders that's how we are able to receive this many customers. We are very happy knowing we are able to make lots of customers very happy with their service. We will continue to work hard in servicing our surrounding areas for years to come.

The worst. I was given through through my extended warranty company for my dishwasher. When i was assigned them I asked why are you giving me someone with such horrible reviews? I waited 6 days for them to come out and diagnose and 10 mins before they were suppose to come they say we don't have you on schedule and it will be another week before we can come out. I said but we had a whole conversation and replayed the conversation for him. He said oh I remember but I dont have you one the schedule. What!!! When i questioned him the owner said what do you want me to do about it!! How about go out of business!!!
