| Megan Wojtczak | They were dispatched by my warranty company to look at my washer. First, gave me a 5 hour window, 3:00-8:00, never heard of a repair place that goes to someone's house at 8:00 at night. Changed the day to the following day, Steve was very curt, short and called to change day at 9:35 p.m. then when the day came never bothered to call or message me he was on his way, when I sent a request to do so, seeing I have a newborn and toddler and two dogs wanted to make sure everyone was taken care of before he came. Then he never called messaged or showed at all. So we have been going on day 4 of no washing machine. Thoroughly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and fact that they never showed. |
