| Lauren Walsh | Very poor customer service. I had an older vacuum to be tuned up. Since I had also purchased a brand new vacuum from them, I completely forgot to pick up my older one. I NEVER received one call as a courtesy reminder to come pick up the old one. Instead Beth completely refurbished it and put it on her sale floor. WOW!!! So when I finally remembered and called the store, she said I would have to pay for the complete refurbish. I NEVER asked for that, all I wanted was a tune up. She didn't offer any other option and basically said since I forgot about it, it was my fault. Nice way to treat a customer who has tuned up at least 3 Orecks and also purchased a brand new one directly from her store. So now I am out my vacuum, and she gets to sell it. |
