| William Stein III | Nice shop but little in stock for you to listen to. Basically whatever you want has to be ordered and it takes 10 days to 2 weeks or longer. They mainly do total custom designs and installs but you dont get to necessarily see or hear what they design before install. I have been told that they do a really good job. Went in to buy a CD player but really couldnt show me anything, would all have to be ordered. |

When it comes to company "brand" it is really the people behind the products, customer service and professionalism. I hit the trifecta with Jeff and Ben. The physical installation of my two TVs was seamless and the result looks magnificent. The software updates my TIVO was inactive for 10 months took forever to download and install and Jeff and Ben were with me until all updates were completed and then made certain I could operate all the applications I had access to. These two gentlemen were amazing. Thank you Jeff and Ben!!! |
