We were in town on vacation during spring break like many others. The last hour of our drive here, our traverse had some occasional rpm jumping and slight jolting. I was concerned what it might be leading to and if it would be safe to drive home. I had called a previous shop who said it would be a week before they could look at it. I called Beach Technical Services and they were very friendly and helpful! They fit us in to have a look even though they seemed quite busy. He also seemed very knowledgeable in understanding what I was describing. They took a look and test drove it for us, giving us some ideas of what had caused the problems, putting my mind at ease that we should be ok and have a safe drive home. They did not even charge us anything for their time! Very positive reassuring experience!

Can't say better things about the service Matt did for me. I'm from out of town with family on Spring Break and I noticed my wheel bearings making a slight noise so I called on a Tuesday evening and a nice lady answered and I told her what was going on she told me to come in first thing Wednesday and they will look at it. That's when Matt came to the rescue and was able to fix the problem with my wheel bearings and also let me know that my ac Freon was low because I asked him to look into my door blendor because front ac was going hot to cold. Instead of changing something that didn't need to be changed and just added Freon just shows how honest this company is. Matt and his team got my car out the next day and we are back up and running. Thanks again for your help and honesty
