Contacted for repairman regarding an LG washer. Repairman came on a Monday evening and was told issues and even showed from drain filter. He ran the washer and it ran fine in which was a 70.00 service charge. Washer was run the next day and still had issues of not draining along with rubber pieces on the rubber inside the door. Husband spoke to repairman on the phone and told him the issues. Was planning on returning to change the drain pump and drain hose. Changed both along with saying the rubber around the door should be changed. That was changed along with a 400.00 bill. Ran the washer the next day and it was smelling like it was burning along with the more rubber pieces in the washer and on the clothes. Repairman said additional parts to repair would be around 400.00. Decided to get new washer for the price total of repairs in which would be cheaper. Feel that repairman was trying to replace parts and not diagnose the real problem at the beginning. Also if was familiar with the washer and should know what problems occur.
