I trusted Cody to come into my home, a second time to fix my dryer, a second time. A professional would not come in and insult my choice of appliance. A professional would not listen in on a conversation I am having on my phone when deciding to dump more money into the appliance. I was talking to my husband, and he was upset at the quote given. We had already put 200 into it the month before and here we are being charged another 263. At this point I'm thinking why not just buy a new dryer? I paid 90, got no change. Service call was 88.95. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I hired him the month before assuming he would check all the components.

I really appreciate this business. They have serviced almost every appliance in my home. They will do a courtesy call and if late, they will call and let you know of their estimated arrival time. They even answer their phone after hours and will contact you confirming the message. Marcus is very smart and will get the job done even if its late into the evening. Their costs appear to be very reasonable and they will try to help YOU solve the problem by "walking you through the steps" I think their intentions are to help people out when they can. I like the idea of having their business sticker near the washer and dryer hoses, When water is pouring out on the floor, I don't want to spend time searching for a telephone number! And of course, we have a sticker magnet for the refrigerator. A & J Appliance Repair will always be my first choice to call and my first choice to recommend to friends and neighbors.
