| Dennis Futch | They delivered the appliances and very hurriedly installed them, they did not go over the usage of the appliances and did not leave the correct manuals or go over how to register them, in addition the refrigerator door was bent in shipping and they installed it anyway. They did not have the stainless door or handle to the dishwasher and I have just yesterday received it in UPS and I will have to have someone install it. They did initiate a repair order with Viking and they contacted us and told us at first it would be a couple of weeks before they could get anyone out to see about it, I objected and they did send someone out from Moultrie but Viking then said it would be 8 weeks or more to replace the door, that is unacceptable. They should not have installed a refrigerator that was damaged in the first plane and it should be immediately replaced with another one that is in new condition. All The Appliance Solution will do is blame Viking and give excuses why he can't make it right. I bought Viking expecting a great deal more in service and commitment to customer service than I have received so far. |
