Went to my cupboard door and found an old sticker from years past with the same telephone number. Called and received same day service. The service was fast, professional and polite. He fixed the dryer within minutes. I told him the timer on the washer needed replacement. He LQQked at it and told me he thought it was OK. Told me what I needed to do which I did and he saved me 175.00 for a new timer. He didn't need to do that. He could have made an extra buck that day. The only reason I gave him 5 STARS is because I couldn't give him TEN STARS. Highly recommend ALERT Appliance! Call them!!! |
