| Fawn Denmark | Worst service ever! We purchase a eco 8 waterless hot water tank from them with a lifetime warranty and after a year it quit. Guess what they didn't receive our warranty card so they say it is not covered and they want you to troubleshoot the system. We contact the phone number they give us and three different people stating they would email the information and never received it. It says lifetime warranty, but after buying it then it is a limited warranty. Bad bad customer service they do not stand behind their products and want the customer to do all of the work on the unit and pay someone to come out and fix the unit, before they do anything. That is not a lifetime warranty that is a lifetime problem. |
