| Amanda Wethers | I've never actually left a review before. I must leave one after this experience though. This company came out a few weeks ago & seemed to do a good job getting my heat pump fixed. Roughly Two weeks Later my system went down again. I was upset. The manager personally took the call & came out to my house personally. He fixed the problem within minutes by blowing out the drain line. He explained these things happened and it honestly wasn't the techs fault like he originally thought l. Needless to say he told me that my business and my patience was appreciated and he wouldn't be charging me for the visit. Awesome people. Call ideal. |
