| Michael Broud | HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great Service and an honest company! Called for service on my electric dryer after hours and left a message. The next morning I called and the guy said he was going to be on his way and would be there before 830am. He did his diagnostics and determined that our timer was bad and said a new one is about 200 dollars. He stated that he would like to take the timer apart and clean the contacts for us because that is something he has seen happen to our model many times. After re-installation the dryer works perfectly and it only cost us the service call of 85 bucks! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! |

| Dawn Abell | Had issues with my upright freezer not maintaining a low enough temp. Called Appliance Wizard and was given a same day appt. I thought, great!! I explained the size and type of freezer along with the age of 6-7 years and was given an appt time between 12-2 and that I would receive a call when they were on the way. No call and the technician showed up about 1:15. While standing 5-7 ft away from my freezer and having never even gotten near it he diagnosed it and told me I would have to buy a new one. When I asked him how he could know that without touching it he said freezers don't have the fan built in that refrigerators do to help cool the compressor. I asked why they just didn't tell me that in the phone then instead of sending someone out if not just to collect my service call fee of 85. He then went and pulled my freezer up about 4 inches and then opened the door and looked inside and told me he could clean the drain if it was clogged on the freezer he just told me to replace. He then asked if I had any other appliance he could look at for the fee and I said no. He dropped the fee to 75 and writes me a receipt with nonsense services performed. Whole transaction took less than 5 min. That's 900 an hour!! Seems like they just sent the tech to collect a service charge. DO NOT use this company. Should have waited for my regular guy I use who was on vacation. |
