Appliance Repair by Whaley Foodservice in Orlando, Florida

They took 4 weeks to fix my turbo chef oven and before they said it was only going to take 2 days. They overcharged me and they had multiple different workers try to fix the machine. They also charged my credit card without me knowing and didn't give me a receipt afterwards. They promised me they will take away whatever they overcharged. If they don't know how to work with certain appliances they should just say that instead of messing up everything and they wouldn't have me writing review for them. The parts they ordered they were making excusing and blaming it in the shipping even though I was willing to pay for the fastest shipping. Because of this reason I couldn't sell certain foods in my store. Hope that nobody will have to go through all of this in the future.

These guys are awesome! When no one else would help me, they not only found the part I needed, but they are the most courteous people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was looking for a commercial refrigerator part for my personal commercial refrigerator and most places such as Johnstone won't even quote you a price unless you're a contractor or hold an account with them.... but Whaley's had no problem assisting me. I do work for an appliance company and will definitely use them again for any and all of my commercial appliance needs. Top notch service! Thanks guys!!
