My service order was sent out on Thursday and I had to call on Monday to schedule something they were supposed to call me. Once scheduled they came same day and gave me a window. Said to expect a call a half hour out....they didn't. Came, took one look at my stove and said it was the breaker. It was. He flipped the breaker. Made sure all the burners and oven worked and then charged me 79. A discount from the 100 trade fee my warranty makes me pay at least theres that. He was in and out in 10 minutes max. Nice guy. Small talk was pleasant as he waited for management to call me to receive payment. I asked for grace since it was just a breaker.... but time is money and for those 10 minutes I lost 79 . Hard not to be mad but I suppose the only I should be mad at is myself for 1. Not learning my breaker box fully and 2. Forgetting that time is money. Just make sure something is really broken before calling. |
April Cole | I am a widow with a teenager. My refrigerator broke and I lost all my food. I called to request service. They came out the next day. I was told by the tech that I would be receiving a quote by the end of the day. Two days later I still have not received a quote. Not sure who runs a business this way. Will never recommend them to friends and family. |
