| Gio Gonzalez | Didn't disclose all their costs to me when I set up for a tech to come out. Was my first time using them and they knew that. I asked what the hourly rate was and they said 110, but failed to tell me the first 30 min is counted as an hour, and they charge travel costs and travel time. The tech was here for an hour and 15 minutes so I assumed it would be around 150. It ended up being 380. Even their invoice doesn't mention first 30 min as being an hour. When I called to complain they offered me a 50 credit for future service. I would not have used them had I known what all the costs would have been to begin with. |
