Appliance Repair by CD’s Appliances in Orlando, Florida

This company is a joke! Most of the 5 star reviews are from the company!!! We had to use them with our home warranty. They were quick to come out and inspect, but that was it. You have to constantly call them for updates after weeks of hearing nothing. They said 1 part for the refrigerator was no longer available, then miraculously 4 hrs later they called and the part has arrived. When they come out to install the parts, they were the incorrect parts and color and said they will reorder the correct parts. Again weeks go by with no update. They no longer answer their phones or return the many voicemails left. The home warranty company had to email the company, to even get a response. They told my home warranty company that parts were ordered, but that was 1 month after they told me they would rectify the error. Here it is weeks later, still no answers or updates or parts from the company.

Very reliable and professional, they got the job done in a timely manner and cost efficient. Will definitely used again and refer to my friends . Cliff was great! Wish I could give them more stars

Went through CDs appliances to fix my refrigerator. I called for help because my fridge wasn't cooling and my food was spoiling fast. I talked to the office personnel, Jazz and she was quick to be able to send a technician to my home. My technician was I think Cliff and he was very knowledgeable. He was able to fix the problem and give me tips on what I should do it the problem ever happened again. I highly recommend this company.
