I bought a washer from here 3 months ago and it broke which I understand that things happen but in order for them to warranty anything you have to bring it to them for repairs which I didn't have the time to so I called a mobile repair company and they came and found that the motor was bad. While opening it all up the tech discovered a ton of mold and mildew in the lines and drum, the tech said that was years of neglect. I feel this company should've made sure there was no mold/ mildew before selling me or anyone a used washing machine. Especially a family with small children , it then cost me another 100 just to get rid of all the mold and mildew. |
| denise burruss | Purchased a dryer, it started having issues about 10 loads in. Now the only way to get it repaired would be to spend 50 to have them pick it up to repair/replace then pay another 50 to have it delivered AGAIN! We have already paid 50 to have it delivered a month ago!!!! |
