| Amber Williams | Its going on 3 weeks that my family has been without a fridge. I have been majorly inconvenienced with the multiple service repairmen coming to try to fix an issue that doesn't seem to working. Only to be told I will have to have them come out at least 4 times in order to get a new fridge. When I miss work to sit at the house to wait for service tech, that is no pay to me. This fridge was 3,000 plus we purchased the warranty and extended protection plan only to be treated this way. I have had repairmen at my house 2/10/20, 2/13/20 and 2/21/20 and the issue still hasn't been fixed. I called on 2/22/20 and was finally sent over to Protection agreement, where I was given a shop your way reward for 115 to go get a mini fridge until my next service repair comes out again to look at the fridge2/29/20. I go to Sear here in Jacksonville, one has already closed and the other one only has mini fridges 200 and up. Due to me being out of work a few days I didn't have the funds to pay the difference for the mini fridge. So I called 2/24/20 to see about getting additional funds to purchase mini fridge only to be told that is not possible. I asked to speak with a supervisor only to be told I would have to call back due to the supervisor being in a meeting. it is now 2/24/20 at 11am and I am sitting on hold to speak with a supervisor about what else can be done to get a new fridge sent out to my house. I have never experienced such disloyal customer service before. It is going on 3 weeks of my family living out of a cooler. I was given a SP concession of 50 check being mailed out to me due to the incontinence also food reimbursement due to the food lost. However, I am grateful for that but that still doesn't fix my current issue of not having a fridge. I am begging please just come get this fridge and deliver me a new one so my family can get back to some normalcy. |
